You’ve probably done it.
You feel off… stuck… frustrated… So what do you do?
You Google it.
“How to stop overthinking”
“How to be more motivated”
“How to get your life together”
You read the articles.
You try a few things.
You feel a little hopeful for a minute.
And then… Nothing really changes.
Because you’re trying.
You’re not ignoring the problem.
You’re not sitting back doing nothing.
You’re actively trying to fix things.
So when it doesn’t work…
It hits deeper.
You start thinking:
“Why isn’t this working for me?”
“Am I missing something?”
“Why do I keep ending up in the same place?”
“What’s wrong with me?”
Let’s talk about what’s actually happening.
Because most people don’t realize they’re making these…
This is the biggest one.
You try to fix the habit.
The routine.
The behavior.
But the stuck point underneath?
Still there.
So the pattern keeps coming back.
Different day… same struggle.
Most people don’t realize that when something keeps repeating, it’s often tied to a stuck point underneath the surface… something that hasn’t been identified yet, but is still influencing how you think, react, and follow through.
Google gives you endless answers.
But more information doesn’t equal progress.
In fact, it often creates more overwhelm.
You start thinking:
“I should be doing this… and this… and this…”
And instead of moving forward…
You freeze.
And while Google can give you thousands of answers, it can’t tell you your specific starting point… which is why so many people end up trying a little bit of everything and still feeling stuck.
This one is sneaky.
You assume:
“I just need to be better.”
More focused.
More consistent.
More motivated.
But if that were true…
You’d already be doing it.
Because you want to change.
So it’s not a lack of desire.
It’s something in the way.
You get a burst of motivation.
You start strong.
Then something throws you off.
And instead of adjusting…
You stop.
Reset.
Restart.
Over and over again.
It feels like progress…
But it’s actually a loop.
Not more pressure.
Not more information.
Not trying harder.
What works is:
Clarity.
Understanding where you’re actually stuck…
So you can stop guessing.
Because once you see it clearly…
Everything changes.
If you’ve been:
Trying everything
Reading everything
Doing all the things
…and still feeling stuck…
It might not be about doing more.
It might be about identifying the right place to focus.
If you’ve ever thought, “I know something is off, but I can’t figure out what it is,” that’s actually super common.
Sometimes it’s not about doing more… it’s about getting clarity on where you’re actually stuck.
That’s where something like a Stuck Point Quiz or Scan can be helpful… not as another thing to “fix,” but as a way to finally see what’s been sitting underneath everything and release it.
You’re stuck because you’ve been trying to solve the wrong layer of the problem.
Once you see it clearly, you stop guessing… and that’s when real movement begins.
And once that shifts…
Everything else starts to fall into place.
